makes it difficult to recognise words. IconSpeak was the Grand Prize Winner in PDAMart's Feb 2000 Coolest Killer App contest, and has since continued
to be developed to serve the needs of the speech impaired.
Mobile
Talker
is a Pocket PC based Augmentative Communications Aid for people
with impaired speech who are fully cognisant. Mobile Talker enables any phrase or sentence to be typed into
/ written onto a Pocket PC and spoken using Text-to-Speech. A library of pre-defined phrases can be stored and used as appropriate.
Any other Pocket PC program can also speak using the Mobile
Talker Text-to-speech engine when it copies text to the
clipboard.
